The infamously grumpy BRIAN DAMAGE met his glamorous, but dim-witted assistant, KRYSSTAL at THE EDINBURGH FESTIVAL in 2000.Since then they have teamed up to record their own excellent CD "Silly Songs" and have performed at top comedy venues in places as diverse as JOHANNESBURG (South Africa), AUSTRALIA, SCOTLAND, IRELAND and ENGLAND. They have appeared three years running at THE EDINBURGH FESTIVAL, and also performed at International Festivals such as GLASTONBURY, LONDON, ADELAIDE & MELBOURNE. Wherever they go their baggage goes with them, including several musical instruments (not always musical in their hands!) and many years of experience in the entertainment industry. Much of this baggage spills forth during their unconventional vaudeville style act, punctuated by occasional silly songs, the odd bit of Spanish dancing and loads of belly laughs. Some of the many clubs they have performed at include: THE MECCANO * BEARCAT * UP THE CREEK * JONGLEURS * COMEDY STORE (Sydney) * THE LAUGHTER LOUNGE in Dublin & Galway * THE HACKNEY EMPIRE * MIRTH CONTROL * BANANA CABARET * THE COMEDY CAFÉ * BOUND & GAGGED * STAND & DELIVER * ROAR WITH LAUGHTER *  and many other comedy venues... too humorous to mention. The pair also run their own comedy clubs with assistance from local comedians in both London and Sydney. The PEAR SHAPED COMEDY CLUBS offer comedians across the globe the chance to do what they do in a non-threatening environment (as long as Brian's not pissed!) The clubs have the well-deserved reputation of discovering and nurturing new talent. Comedians new and old have performed at Pear Shaped over the years and at its predecessor, the Oval Comedy Club. Apart from regular live appearances Brian and Krysstal are not adverse to TV, radio or any other media performances. They write scripts and songs and have hosted corporate functions, private parties and are suitable for many types comedy-based events.
