Mama Roux are an explosive six-piece band fronted by two sexy female vocalists. The girls are backed by four of the North West's finest session musicians who are dedicated to playing the funkiest and grooviest tunes around. They have played every kind of venue there is and have a repertoire to cover any occasion. The sets can be tailored to suit the needs of the client; be it Pop, Rock, Disco, Soul or Rock'n'Roll they cover every genre from the whole of the last century. The only rule is that the dance floor must be packed at all times. Requests can be taken in advance and the band will learn new songs including the first dance at weddings. The band can also play a one-hour set of jazz or easy-listening tunes to create a relaxed atmosphere to welcome guests at the beginning of the evening.They can also provide pre-recorded music before, in-between and after performances for a small extra charge.
