The band is comprised of musicians who share a mutual appreciation of classic rock and Deep Purple in particular. PURPLE recreate this famous back catalogue faithfully with superb confidence & skill, paying close attention to the original versions but offering an energetic & vibrant delivery of songs such as Highway star, Child in time & Burn.

Deep Purple themselves created a catalogue of  great music of which none is neglected by Purple. At their disposal are some of the greatest pieces of heavy rock ever written including perhaps the most recognisable riff known to man in 'Smoke on the Water'. We always endeavour to include material from mk1 mk II mk III & mk IV. The setlist reflects the whole spectrum of classic Deep Purple, going from  Hush all the way back in 1968 to the highly unexpected but greatly acclaimed reformation in 1984
