Led by Zeppelin Led By Zeppelin are the UK's premier and most authentic Led Zeppelin tribute band, and are based in Kent. For over 6 years, Led By Zeppelin have been giving a fantastic tribute to the music of the great Led Zeppelin. The band prides themselves around being authentic in dress, looks and sound, and many of the tracks you will hear are based around Zeppelin live versions as well as studio versions. The band can offer a set that ranges up to 3 hours, and includes the whole spectrum of Led Zeppelin's greatest music…from the heavy rockers such as Whole Lotta Love, to classics such as Kashmir, and Stairway to Heaven….from the folky acoustic numbers as Going to California and Tangerine, to numbers rarely performed live by Led Zeppelin such as 'Wanton Song' and 'Out On The Tiles' there is more than enough to please every die hard Zeppelin fan. Vocalist Marc fits into the role with tremendous ease, posturing just like Robert Plant did in the old days, proving that the lemons are still available to be squeezed. .Guitarist Paul is an avid Jimmy Page fan, and plays a Jimmy Page signature Gibson Les Paul, Fender Telecaster with authentic B String Bender, Acoustic guitar, , and of course the expected violin bow, Theremin and double neck guitar. Paul's live sound is based around an authentic mid 70's Jimmy Page sound with his own influences built in, as well as visually throwing the stage shapes that made Jimmy Page a guitar legend. Iain Paul Coby who plays bass, keyboards and Mandolin, is a fantastic all round musician who has quite easily settled in the John Paul Jones role and brings with him many years of valuable playing experience and knowledge. Drummer Ray Whisker is a hard hitting drummer of many years and hold it all together with his Bonham like style.
